The Roll-Away™ screen doors and window screens are
manufactured by the R. Lang Company.
The
R. Lang Company was established in the fall of 1967, when
Richard Lang purchased the Roll-Away™ screen and
fabricated special products division from the Rudiger-Lang
Company and located the business in a small 7500 square
foot building in Richmond, CA (near San Francisco).
Today, R. Lang Company occupies over 90,000 square feet of
office and plant space in 3 locations and employs over 100
people.
The
original Roll-Away™ window screen was designed by
Mr. Lang's father in 1935 and many of the original window
screens are still in use.
Over
the years, we have earned a position of leadership in the
field of home improvement and building products, and our
name has become synonymous with innovation, quality and
performance.
With
our in house engineering and machine shop, we have the
technical expertise to innovate and bring state of the art
products to the market.
