and your company on our church remodeling project.
The project was a big success, both in the overall
appearance, as well as the functionality of quality
windows, a bank of 22 of them.
What I most liked about working with you was your complete
willingness and patience in answering every question I had
regarding every aspect of choosing a window that was a
good fit for our many goals. If you didn't know, you were
quick to find out and get back to me with clear and
complete information. Throughout the many phone
conferences, I felt like you truly cared about our
project, and our satisfaction, and helped guide our
decisions while leaving the control in our hands.
The windows came in on time, and were installed on
schedule by Peter McBennett, who was also a pleasure to
work with.

We ordered a specialty window and door through Superior
Doors and Windows of Ashland, Oregon for a re-model before
moving into our new house. We had a fixed move-in date on
a tight schedule. From our first meeting with Roy Cooper
he was warm, experienced and creative, guiding us to a
great selection that met all our needs.
On the day the window was expected to arrive we learned
that the manufacturer had failed to ship. Roy gave it his
full attention, continually tracking it, even offering to
pay additional shipping. He treated us like family. We
could not have wished for or chosen a more kind and
committed representative.

Roy Cooper was exceptionally friendly and funny, but most
importantly and most seriously, he represented quality
products at a competitive price along with reliable
customer service.
I was purchasing vinyl replacement windows for my older
home and had already gotten a few quotes in Medford, one
specifically from Lowe’s, who I expected to be the lowest
bidder without even much customer service. To my
surprise, Roy came in under them with a “superior” window
with even greater thermal efficiency (U value), which also
thankfully allowed me to qualify for Avista energy
retrofit rebates!
So, in the future…I will always come to Superior first and
plan on buying more windows and doors from them!

windows for our house in Medford in 2005. Everything went
smoothly (a novelty in this day and age), and we were
extremely satisfied with the products and service. You
kept your word on everything.
So, when we moved to Corvallis and built a major addition
on to our home, there was no doubt that Superior W&D was
going to supply our windows, doors and doorknobs. Note: we
are 227 miles from your store. Again, we were extremely
satisfied! Not one single problem with your products or
service.
My wife tells me that I’m a fussy, demanding person. The
fact is, I rarely have reason to write a complementary
letter like this.

To whom it may concern regarding Superior
Windows & Doors; We did a 2000 square foot
addition to our house in Ashland, Oregon and purchased all
of our doors, windows and hardware from Jacob "JR" at
Superior Windows & Doors. I have nothing
but good things to say about this gentleman and the
company he represents; the prices were great, the
materials were excellent and the service and follow up was
superb. We had problems with the mechanism
to close the entry door. The company we ordered the
hardware from does not manufacture the mechanism required.
JR went out of his way, spending a lot of time and energy,
to find the correct parts and find a way to correct the
problem. In recent years I have not seen
the type of personalized service they have provided.

Recently my wife and I were able to
complete a remodel on our home. Remodeling has its own
challenges to include blending the older with the new. We
were able to visualize what we wanted in the way of style,
materials, etc. but as you know bringing it all together
is the art and fun of it all. We knew that we were going
to replace all of the existing windows and this needed to
carry thru to the new additions. To compliment the windows
and light we anticipated we would need to pay attention to
the interior and exterior doors and trim work. We were
prepared to visit a number of businesses to do this and
knew that we would be putting many road miles to do so.
The home interior was to include madrone hardwood
flooring, douglas fir interior/exterior doors, windows
with douglas fir interior structure and hardwood trim.
I recall a friend of mine, Mike Kroetch, who had spoke to
me of a local Southern Oregon business in Ashland that
might be of interest to us. Superior Windows was its name.
On a trip to Ashland I decided to stop by. I was met by
Roy Cooper, owner, and that's where it all began. I began
with windows and Roy's clarifying questions helped me
answer that which I was looking for. This was done in a
manner where I did not feel like I was pressured to buy
what was in the display area but in a way that I had
options to consider what there was on the market that met
our needs. From there we moved on to doors and the story
goes on. We ended up being able to purchase all of the
windows and doors to include all hardware from one place.
This included "CUSTOMER SERVICE". What a friendly and
efficient staff. I recall "Jacob" calling and checking up
on orders, shipment dates, and just how is it going calls
regarding all of the products. We did experience minor
installation difficulties with a 9' bay window. This was
followed up with a trip from Roy and the Kolbe Window
company representative to our house. All items were worked
out and we are two very satisfied homeowners.
We have to throw in a plug for the Simpson doors. What a
compliment to what we were trying to achieve. The quality
and workmanship was superb.
A deep hearted thanks is extended to all employees at
Superior Windows to help make our dream ours.

credit card over long distances was also very convenient for

best I could tell Peter seemed very professional which was

Hi Roy! You may recall
selling this large awning window to us for our retirement home
in Crescent City. We picked it and had the window
installed by our contractor. Here are two views, after
installation. It may not look like a big deal,
but it truly is! What we had was a tiny window there in
the kitchen, over the sink, which didn't open! Now we
have a beautiful window, and I can have plenty of sun shining
in, when it's willing, and even leave my kitchen window open a
bit if it's rainging, which it will! It was
well worth the 100 mile drive to get this perfectly fabulous
window, of quality and size, and we hope to purchase more
windows from you in the future. Thanks for your
